Deterioration

Shawn and I went location scouting last Sunday. We pretty much drove all over Massachusetts and then found a spot right here in Providence. We came across some pretty gnarly places which will be awesome to hold some photo shoots.

Have a good one!

There is something strangely compelling about images of abandoned and decaying structures.

Looks like Chernobyl in the Ukraine.
Have you been there?

Thank you for your comments!

Kala - I feel the same way. I'm drawn to photograph anything deteriorating.

Alan - I haven't. The farthest I've ever been outside of the country is Montreal in Canada and that's only 8 hours away from where I live.

I wish I came across more locations such as this. These are example of some fantastic urban photography.

Haha. wow. This place looks like my home town. (I know... that doesn't say much for my hometown does it?)

Oh my goodness, these are the places I want to get into. I love decaying and forgotten places. All those signs! so want to be there right now. The shots are great and show the grunge nicely! Scouting pays off!

Thanks!

Thank you for your comments, everyone!
