+/- August 2014
From what I can recall, August was pretty awesome.
+ I started a new job! I've always been interested in social media marketing and branding and I've recently been brought on to a skincare and beauty company to help with social media. It's pretty exciting and I'm nervous but I can't wait to start and see where this takes me.
+ Rachel came to Rhode Island! It was so amazing showing one of my dear New York friends around my home state. We had an eventful couple of days shooting with local designers and showing her some of the sights. I can't wait for her to come back in September!
+ It's been a friend filled month. So grateful for the lovely ladies in my life. ♥♥♥
+ I've taken on a few new blogging clients. It's interesting to see my career go from just fashion to now shooting so many bloggers. I love it though.
+ Speaking of blogging, three months of blogging every weekday!!!
+ I got to see my friends from France get married! They have a very small affair on a rooftop in Providence. It was amazing to be a guest at a wedding but when I saw the bride with her personal camera about to hand it off to a friend to take photos, of course I volunteered to take photos. What kind of photographer would I be if I didn't volunteer?
- I've been in and out of some weird sickness for the second half of the month. I don't really have a cold but I lost my voice. It's almost back though. I'm hoping that the fast pace of fashion week doesn't make me sicker.
- Thinking of the goals I set for myself the beginning of the year, I haven't accomplished much. I don't want to be down on it because so many other opportunities have opened up. Trying to take some time for myself though. I'm finally finding time to read. I miss it. Currently halfway though Gone Girl.
