I was just talking to a friend yesterday about teeth. How I got braces my junior year of high school because I still had a baby tooth at 17. How I had a more cavities and chipped teeth than I would have liked. But my dentist always said my teeth always looked nice besides all the drama hiding within. I knew my teeth could be whiter though so when Smile Brilliant reached out to me, I jumped at the chance to try it.
The only teeth whitening system I tried before were the strips and I hated it from first application. I don't even think I got a minute into it because of the pain. After that I abandoned teeth whitening beyond whitening toothpaste. It's so expensive to get it done professionally so that was never even an option for me. It costs $500 or more to get custom fitted trays at the dentist office. With Smile Brilliant I could get custom fitted trays without leaving my home. That sounded perfect to me.
Basically they send you trays and putty to make the impressions of your teeth at home. You mail it back and in about a week you have your custom fitted trays and the whitening and desensitizing gels for you to start whitening your teeth. You start with the whitening gel (it's recommended to do at least 30 minutes) and then follow up with the desensitizing gel to re-hydrate your teeth. Tip: Make sure the gels are applied to the middle of the custom fitted trays so it applies evenly to your whole tooth. Otherwise you will have an ombre effect on your teeth and that is just not cute.

The most important step is to be consistent! Do this every single day for a week and you will see results! I personally slacked a bit on here and there but once I committed to doing it for a full week, the results were undeniable. My teeth were much more whiter than they have ever been and I am so happy with the results.
