Business Tools

These are the tools I use everyday to run my business + life.

  • Squarespace

I’ve been a Squarespace user for 14 years now! I can’t see myself ever using another website hosting platform. Also, they truly have the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

Talk to me about starting your Squarespace website and I can get you 20% off your first year of an annual subscription.

  • HoneyBook

After the first week of using HoneyBook, I regretted not using it earlier in my business. HB is an easy-to-use CRM (customer relationship management) software to help you keep track of your projects, contact clients, and receive payments. There are many templates to help get you started in automating and systemizing your business.

  • Flodesk

I’ve dabbled in a few email marketing services and I’ve finally landed on Flodesk. Send beautiful emails, build your email list, and market your business with Flodesk.

Get 50% off for the entirety of your subscription(!!!) by using my link.

  • Notion

Ah, my second brain, my everything. I’m in love with Notion. It’s like Google Drive, Asana, Trello… but better. I organize everything from business to personal life in Notion. The best part is it is highly customizable and you make it how you need it.

Notion is free to use! There is a paid version which I use because I need the extra storage space. Totally worth the purchase.

  • QuickBooks Self-Employed

First off, get an accountant. I used to do my taxes by myself (with TurboTax), but getting an accountant was the best choice ever. But make it easier on them and you while keeping your bookkeeping in line with QuickBooks. Second best choice I ever made.

Get 50% off your first six months of QuickBooks Self-Employed using my link below.

  • Backblaze

I have a ton of external hard drives because I am afraid of losing anything (because it is something that has happened before). I took it a step further by using Backblaze for my cloud storage. Another service I’m sticking with forever.

Get a free month off with my link.

  • Pic-Time

Pic-Time is a beautiful photo gallery service. Your clients will be able to view, share, and buy prints right through the gallery. It’s customizable and has made delivering photos to clients extremely easy.

You can try Pic-Time for free and if you upgrade to a paid plan, you can get one month free with my code D5EJX2.

  • Zoom

I’m sure we all have Zoom downloaded on at least two of our devices. But in case you somehow missed the Zoom train, this is how we talk to people now. Download it.

It’s free for up to 40 minutes. I went Pro because I talk on Zoom A LOT.
