I know what it is like to feel the dark cloud of overwhelm surround your head, making it hard to think clearly, only for one thought to pop in. “There you go again, not finishing what you started.”

It’s one thing to just get overwhelmed when things get busy, but it’s another when you beat yourself up because of it. Instead of making a plan, you take it as a personal attack on yourself. You think that something is wrong with you because you can’t commit to what you want to do.

For some of us, we are our own worst enemy. Negative thinking is the default, so how on earth can we get back to what we want to accomplish when we’re too busy swimming in unhelpful thoughts.

Does this sound like you? Everything (the big issues, the loose ends, and the minor annoyances about life) needs to be fixed first before you can live the life you want or even just be content in the life you’re living in right now.

The catch to this kind of thinking is it makes you feel like you will never get to that happy finish line because roadblocks will always pop up around you. After all, that is just how life is.

You have too much on your brain that is holding you back from feeling whole and complete as you are right now. You feel like there is too much that you have to handle or fix before feeling satisfied.

So you overcompensate with being “productive,” starting projects, reading the books, making the lists, and doing everything possible to fix the issue that is taunting you when you need to figure out the root of the problem is first.

Feeling free, lighter, content, empowered, and focused seems like a fantasy at this point.

You want to do good in the world, or even good in your own household. You know you are capable of greatness.

I want you to feel secure and grounded at the moment, no matter what is being thrown at you from outside, or even inside, sources, aka your inner critic.

I want to help you break out of the cycle of starting projects, feeling overwhelmed, giving up, criticizing yourself, and then starting a new project only to continue this cycle.

By the end of our time together, my goal is for two things to happen. 1) We figure out the root of the problem, so when the overwhelm pops its ugly head again (because it will), you have tools at the ready, so instead of quitting, you can take on your project at a pace that will work for you. 2) We will create a game plan to accomplish your current goal with ease and focus.

If this sounds like something you need.
I’d love to help you.

Step 1: You book your 90 minute call with me and fill out a short questionnaire so I can learn more about you!

Step 2: We sit down and chat virtually over Zoom to discuss what’s going on. This is a judgement free zone so feel free to lay it all out on the table.

Step 3: By the end of the call, we will have uncovered some good stuff for you to take on the road with you as you head off to accomplish your goals and feel good about your self in the meantime!
